It's a good size and covered in pictures to colour. The instructions not as clear as they could be but it's not difficult to assemble. It really helps the sturdiness if you cut up part of the box it comes in to form a floor.

Great idea but a bit tricky to slot the roof on and for it to stay in place. Roof kept moving upwards. Very easily broken around the windows or the door frame after little use.
